Some basic knowledge of Photoshop and working with layers is needed to be able to make all the changes and use these photography tools properly.
Simply drag & drop the overlay over your pic layer, change the layer mode from Normal to Screen to hide the black colour, play with different modes and opacity, mix & match them to get new looks and tones!
